Behind the Rebrand: The New Vision of Family Chartmasters

Every family has a story—and every brand has a story too. Today, we’re sharing why Family Chartmasters rebranded and how our new look reflects our mission to celebrate family histories.

Crista really says it best:

"After being a Family Chartmasters customer for 15 years, I bought the company a year and a half ago. Once I had the chance to study the business from the inside, I realized there were changes we could make to help customers better understand their options for printing their family tree. Our new website reflects that vision. It’s more than just a new logo and colors. We’ve restructured the entire customer journey so people can define their goals, choose the right kind of chart, and work with our designers to create something both functional and beautiful to tell their family story.

Our customers pour their hearts into climbing their family trees. The Family Chartmasters rebrand is all about helping them get those discoveries out of their computers and onto the walls. There, families can see them, talk about them, and feel more deeply connected to one another.

Family history is never really finished, but that doesn’t mean your work should stay hidden away. With our rebrand, we want to partner with family historians - beginner and professional alike - to celebrate what they’ve uncovered so far and give them beautiful, meaningful ways to share their story with their families.

We know how much effort goes into building a family tree. Our goal with this new chapter of Family Chartmasters is to honor that work by making it visible, sparking conversations, and strengthening the bonds between generations.”

We’re excited to reconnect and share fresh inspiration, free resources, and stories to help you preserve your family legacy in the most beautiful way.

We’d love to hear your thoughts on our new look! Explore our other posts (coming soon!) to see how we bring family histories to life.
