Erin did a great job with both of my projects. She was very understanding of my requirements, and brought about quick turn-arounds to the GEDCOM files that I sent. When she heard about the second project and its tight deadline, she said she'd be happy to be involved, while expressing optimism that the work effort could be completed on time.
