The family tree Karli designed for our family reunion was perfect. She responded quickly and efficiently to our edits and met our deadline with time to spare. The Tree was a big hit at our recent gathering.
Karli was very pleasant to work with. After I approved the printing for payment she noticed the tree title was not sized appropriately for the 10 foot roll and reached out to get approval to adjust the title font size. The tree looks great and the tree title looks much better with her adjustment.
I cannot say enough about all Karli and the company has done to ensure we received the family tree just as my granddaughter envisioned. The design and background was just as she wanted. Due to shipping issues, two of the prints were damaged when they arrived however, the company was very quick to respond and send another print twice at no cost to us. The third print was packed with extra protection and it too arrived damaged on the outside. However, the print and packaging on the inside was not impact due to the extra packaging the company provided. I’m so thankful we found Family Chart Masters and Karli. I highly recommend them.
